LOCAL STOCK — SAME DAY

These dolls are physically available at our Los Angeles store.

  • Same-day pickup or local delivery only (you call an UberXL and we load it up).  No shipping.

U.S. STOCK — FAST DELIVERY

“In stock in U.S. warehouses. Free delivery in 3–4 days nationwide.”

These dolls are warehoused in U.S. fulfillment centers and have already cleared customs.  They are not at the L.A. store for pickup (but they can be shipped to our store for pickup later if you are local).

  • Delivery time is only 3–4 business days nationwide
  • Ships from within the U.S. - no customs delays or tariff fees
  • Discreet packaging in a plain box with no markings

MANUFACTURER STOCK — FULL CATALOG

“Shipped from the manufacturer. Contact us for delivery estimates.”

This is the full manufacturer catalog with the largest selection.  These dolls are shipped internationally so expect longer delivery times than U.S. Stock. Free shipping anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.

  • Delivered via international express air, fastest in the industry

  • Delivery time typically varies from 10–21 days; contact us for for an estimate on your doll

  • If you find a doll elsewhere that we don't have on the site, we can probably get it for you.  Just contact us.

Yes, the charge will say only “VIVANT” – there is no mention of dolls or adult products.  We also offer Zelle (contact for details).

Yes, it comes in a plain cardboard box with no markings – there is nothing to suggest a doll or adult product.

Yes, we will automatically email or text you with tracking info as soon as your doll ships.

Yes, we purchase factory-direct.  No counterfeits like some other sites.

Yes, we use manufacturer photos only.  For local customers, you can also schedule a visit to our shop and see your actual doll in person before buying.  We are very transparent.

We always try to keep all stock updated daily, but sometimes inventory moves fast. If stock status changes after your order, we will contact you with options, such as waiting for the longer delivery date (maybe we can add some goodies like an extra wig for your inconvenience), switching or upgrading to another doll in stock, or other solutions.
