At Vivant Dolls, we keep shipping and pickup simple. Our inventory is organized into three clear options: Local Stock for LA pickup, U.S. Stock for fast delivery, and Manufacturer Stock for the largest selection. LOCAL STOCK — LA PICKUP
If a doll is marked as “in stock” with a quantity, then it is physically available at our Los Angeles showroom. Same-day pickup by appointment.
Same-day pickup. Customers may also arrange their own courier /rideshare if preferred. Dolls come in discreet, plain cardboard boxes.

In stock in U.S. warehouses. Free delivery typically takes only 3–4 days.
These dolls are warehoused in U.S. fulfillment centers and have already cleared customs. They are not at the L.A. store for pickup.

Yes. Your charge will show only “VIVANT” on your statement. There is no mention of dolls or adult products. We also offer Zelle and Venmo — contact us for details.
Yes. Your doll ships in a plain cardboard box with no product markings. There is nothing on the outside of the package that mentions dolls or adult products.
Yes. We send tracking information automatically once your order ships, so you can follow the delivery.
For the customer, yes. The price shown on our site includes the product cost and standard shipping. If any special handling is needed for a particular order, we will explain that before you buy.
Yes. We purchase through factory-direct and authorized supplier channels. We do not sell counterfeit dolls, or dolls from low-quality manufacturers.
Yes. We use manufacturer photos so you can see the model’s intended look. They are not filtered or retouched in any way. For local customers, you can also schedule a visit to our shop and see available local dolls in person before buying.
Stock status can change quickly, especially for U.S. Stock and Local Stock inventory. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with the best available options.
