We always want to keep our customers happy, so if you have an issue, just reach out to us and let's see what we can work out fairly.  Having said that, here are some basic policies so that we're all on the same page:

Cancellations

If the doll hasn't shipped, we will refund your doll less a $300 restocking fee.

If the doll has shipped, we will refund your doll less a fifty percent (50%) restocking fee.  Why?  Because once the doll is shipped we owe the manufacturer for the purchase, plus we are responsible for the shipping costs (which are high for such a heavy item).  This just covers our costs, basically.  Be aware that we move fast - shipping usually takes place within twelve (12) hours of your order and often faster.

Returns

If your doll arrived damaged or defective, just take pics and send them to us.  You'll need to do so promptly upon delivery, before using the doll, otherwise there's no way to tell if the damage was caused by you.  Other than material damage or defects, we do not accept returns.  If you think about it this makes sense, because a sex doll (or any sex toy) is such a personal item.  If you find that the doll is not for you, your best bet would be to sell it on Craigslist or a similar site.

By placing an order, you agree that these policies are fair and reasonable and are intended to compensate us for our actual costs, which have been reasonably estimated.  We look forward to getting you the perfect companion!
